Description

The focus of this paper was to identify a problem and document a suggested change to the process.  I chose to change how we handle the hundreds of promotions each season at Six Flags St. Louis.  It involved a streamlining of the process and moving it into our LMS.

Reflection

This project was one I had considered for some time so when the opportunity came to work on it for this class, I knew right away that it was the perfect fit.  Since the initial paper and migration there have been some continued growing pains with the change, but overall the project was successful.
